Guests of events hosted at JW Marriott Edmonton ICE District can enjoy up to 20% off of the hotel’s best available standard retail rates of the day. Please note this discounted offer is based on availability at time of reservation and could be closed at any time in periods of high occupancy. To qualify for the rate, attendance at an event hosted at the hotel must held. Hotel reservation must include the night prior and/or the night of the event at minimum. Rate does not apply to individual reservations at hotel restaurants.

ICE DISTRICT /CITY MARKET LOT (1080) Parking instructions
Your guests can park in the ICE DISTRICT CityMarket ( lot1080) parking lot located directly under the JW Marriott hotel and Stantec tower. Entry to lot can me made via the WEST entrance located on 103 ave and just prior to 104 street going westbound. Please look for the overhead sign that says ICE DISTRICT CENTRAL PARKADE/CityMarket LOT 1080
Proceed to P2 – follow the signs and proceed right when entering P2. There is a marked walkway that states JW access and the conference elevators

Given this event sells out every year, we are unable to sell tickets at the door.
Yes. Seating charts posted at the entrances to the ballroom will indicate the location of your assigned seat.
When you purchase your ticket online there is an opportunity to indicate any preferred seating companions. We will make best efforts to accommodate your requests. If you did not make a note of your preference at the time you purchased tickets, you may submit your request to [email protected].
