Yes, there is a special hotel group rate for ticket holders attending the Women in Law Leadership Awards. The Westin Calgary offers a rate of 199 CAD per night for the event. The group rate is available from Thursday, November 21, 2024, to Friday, November 22, 2024. Reservations must be made by Thursday, November 14, 2024, to secure this rate. • For hotel guests: Provide your license plate at check-in to register your vehicle, giving you in-and-out privileges without needing additional stamps or identification.

Yes. Seating charts posted at the entrances to the ballroom will indicate the location of your assigned seat.
